What is the status of the 2024 Healthcare Advocate Summit?
2024 will be an in-person, onsite event with educational sessions, networking, panels, exhibits, and more.
The in-person live event will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Caesars Palace from September 3-6, 2024.
Is the Healthcare Advocate Summit Live or Virtual?
Both! We are hosting a Live In-Person event and will have a full-featured platform that will also host the session recordings shortly after the live event. The recordings will be up for a full year. Currently, no real-time streaming or virtual interaction is planned.
Can anyone join the Education Sessions?
Yes, your Summit Pass gives you access to the entire 4-Day event, and also to the recorded sessions up to a year.
Will meals be provided?
Tue 9/3 - Coffee, Meet and Greet, wine and beer with light horse d’oeuvre
Wed 9/4 - Coffee, Lunch, and Happy Hour with light hors d'oeuvre
Thur 9/5 - Coffee, Lunch, snacks, and Reception with light hors d'oeuvre
Fri 9/6 - Coffee, No meals
Will the sessions be made available on-demand on the platform?
Yes, all presentations will be recorded, and be available for on-demand playback following the event. Currently, no real-time streaming or virtual interaction is planned.
Will you be providing slide decks or other documents from the sessions to the attendees?
Presentation slide decks will be uploaded to the platform for each session after the live event unless the speaker opts out.
Are all the Virtual Exhibitors also in-person Exhibitors?
Not necessarily. Exhibitors with a booth location number # are in-person Exhibitors. If an exhibitor does not have a booth #, please feel free to reach out to the virtual booth point of contact.
Will credits be given during your event?
Yes. Please see the CEU sessions on Swapcard.
How do I receive credits for CEU sessions I attended in person or watched the recording?
Most CEUs count, regardless of in-person viewing or on-demand viewing. Please submit for your CEU credits HERE.
What health and safety measures is the venue taking?
We are working closely with the venue to promote a safe and clean environment for all in-person attendees. Our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees, members, and employees. We are communicating regularly with the venue and will follow the guidelines of the CDC and state/local government regarding COVID-19 or any other communicable illness.
When will registration for the Summit open?
Attendees can register on our our RegFox platform. Also, sign up for email updates to get information regularly.
