When is the 2026 Healthcare Advocate Summit?
The 2026 Live In-Person event will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada at Caesars Palace from September 8-11, 2026.
What is the status of the 2025 Healthcare Advocate Summit?
2025 was a an in-person, onsite event with educational sessions, networking, panels, exhibits, and more. Additionally, we had numerous sessions recorded and broadcast live. Participants can revisit the material and the recorded session on the app.
Is the Healthcare Advocate Summit Live or Virtual?
Both! We are hosting a Live In-Person event and will have a full-featured web platform that will also host the session recordings shortly after the live event. The recordings will be up for a full year.
Can anyone join the Education Sessions?
Yes, your paid Summit Pass provides you full access to the entire 4-Day event, and also to the recorded sessions up to a year.
Will meals be provided?
Depending on sponsorship, however, we typically provide coffee and a light breakfast and one lunch.
Will the sessions be made available on-demand on the platform?
Select presentations will be recorded and available for on-demand playback following the event. We have real-time streaming planned for select sessions.
Will you be providing slide decks or other documents from the sessions to the attendees?
Presentation slide decks will be uploaded to the app for each session after the live event unless the speaker opts out.
Are all the Virtual Exhibitors also in-person Exhibitors?
Not necessarily. Exhibitors with a booth location number # are in-person Exhibitors. If an exhibitor does not have a booth #, please feel free to reach out to the virtual booth point of contact.
Will credits be given during your event?
Yes. The link for 2025 CEU sessions will be published soon.

How do I receive credits for CEU sessions I attended in person or watched the recording?
Most CEUs count, regardless of in-person viewing or on-demand viewing. Please submit your CEU credits, provided directly in the session, via the link in the app.
What health and safety measures is the venue taking?
We are working closely with the venue to promote a safe and clean environment for all in-person attendees. Our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees, members, and employees.
When will registration for the Summit open?
Attendees can register on our RegFox platform. Also, sign up for email updates to get information regularly.
