When is the 2026 Healthcare Advocate Summit?
The 2026 Live In-Person event will take place in Las Vegas, Nevada at Caesars Palace from September 8-11, 2026.
What is the status of the 2026 Healthcare Advocate Summit?
The 2026 event will be an in-person, onsite gathering featuring educational sessions, networking opportunities, panels, exhibits, and more. Please note that sessions will not be recorded this year, so attendees are encouraged to participate in the sessions live during the event.
Is the Healthcare Advocate Summit Live or Virtual?
The Healthcare Advocate Summit will be a live, in-person event only this year. Please note that sessions will not be recorded or streamed online, so attendees must be present onsite to participate in the sessions.
Can anyone join the Education Sessions?
Yes, your paid Summit Pass provides you full access to the entire 4-Day event, and also to the recorded sessions up to a year.
Will meals be provided?
A light breakfast and coffee will be available for attendees throughout the day. Lunch will be on your own unless you are specifically invited to attend a sponsored lunch or an advisory board session.
Will the sessions be made available on-demand on the platform?
All presentations will be delivered live during the event. Please note that sessions will not be recorded or available for on-demand playback this year, and live streaming will not be offered. Attendees are encouraged to participate in the sessions in person to experience the full program.
Will you be providing slide decks or other documents from the sessions to the attendees?
Presentation slide decks will be made available on the meeting platform for sessions where speakers have agreed to share their materials. Availability will depend on the speaker’s consent to have their presentations hosted on the platform.
Are all the Virtual Exhibitors also in-person Exhibitors?
Not necessarily. Exhibitors with a booth location number # are in-person Exhibitors. If an exhibitor does not have a booth #, please feel free to reach out to the virtual booth point of contact.
Will credits be given during your event?
Yes. The link for 2026 CEU sessions will be published soon.

How do I receive credits for CEU sessions I attended in person or watched the recording?
Most CEUs count, regardless of in-person viewing or on-demand viewing. Please submit your CEU credits, provided directly in the session, via the link in the app.
What health and safety measures is the venue taking?
We are working closely with the venue to promote a safe and clean environment for all in-person attendees. Our top priority is the health and safety of our attendees, members, and employees.
When will registration for the Summit open?
Attendees can register on our RegFox platform. Also, sign up for email updates to get information regularly.
