By registering for the Healthcare Advocate Summit event, brought to you by Paige Consulting, LLC (the “Host”) you agree to the following set of terms and conditions listed below. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.
The registration fee includes access to the conference‚ all program materials‚ and designated continental breakfasts‚ lunches, and refreshments. The Host does not provide transportation, lodging, accommodations, or any other compensation for speakers or attendees, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Speakers and agenda are subject to change at anytime and without notice. In the event of a speaker cancellation, significant effort to find a similar or relevant replacement will be made. The content of slide presentations, including news, data, advertisements, and other information, is the property of the speaker unless otherwise stated in writing. The material may not be redistribution or shared without the expressed written permission. Neither the Host nor its agents nor its speakers and attendees shall be liable for any errors, inaccuracies or delays in content, or for any actions taken in reliance thereon. The Host expressly disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy of any content provided, or as to the fitness of the information for any purpose. The Host makes reasonable efforts to validate content from third-parties, however, the Host does not guarantee the accuracy of, or endorse the views or opinions given by any third-party.
Exhibitor, Sponsors, as well as Attendees agree to abide by the applicable Terms and Conditions set out in the Application Form. This event is considered a private event and will be filmed and photographed. By attending this event, you grant the Host the right to all filmography or photography that may contains your likeness, and may be used to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, websites, etc.
Online payments are processed by Stripe and will appear as Paige Consulting, LLC on your statement. Payments must be received in full by the conference date. Any discount applied cannot be combined with any other offer. Group rates only apply to employee of the same organization and register simultaneously to realize group discount pricing options. Contact email@example.com for help with group registration and discount codes. Misrepresenting yourself or your organization to obtain a lower rate is unethical. Any organization that is unable to submit an online payment can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for additional assistance.
Cancellation and Return
If you cancel your conference ticket prior to the event, you may only receive a portion of your payment in return up until February 10th, 2020. Cancellations will result in an administration and processing charges of $100.00, refund amounts will be given according to the following time schedule:
Prior to Tuesday October 6, 2019 will receive a 60% Refund
Prior to Thursday, February 6, 2020 will receive a 50% Refund
After Thursday, February 6, 2020, there are no refunds on registrations. The hotel will need to be contacted directly by the attendee to cancel hotel reservations. Refunds will be proceed in accordance to the method of payment and may take up to 45 days.
Name changes received after March, 23rd, 2020, will incur a $100.00 transfer fee per attendee.
