Speakers Due Dates

 
 

Speaker Confirmation Deadline:

  • June 13, 2025

    • To confirm or decline your participation, each speaker will need to complete the Speaker Confirmation form in the Speaker Portal HERE by the deadline.

      We kindly request your prompt response. If we do not hear from you by the due date, we will begin offering your spot to participants on our waitlist who are ready to step in.

Presentation Deadline:

  • July 7, 2025

    • Please upload your presentation or roundtable discussion guide directly to your Speaker Portal HERE.

      To ensure the event runs smoothly and stays on schedule, any speaker materials not submitted by the deadline will result in your session being replaced by one from our waitlist.

      We appreciate your understanding as our team coordinates a high volume of sessions and speakers to set this event up for success!

Registration for the Event:

  • No action is needed on your end—our team will handle your registration for you.

    If you have already registered, please reach out! We can either provide you with a code to pass along to someone else or add you to our list for a complimentary registration code for 2026.

Hotel/Travel/Lodging

  • Please use our Hotel Booking Link for discounted rates. Rooms are filling up quickly, book early. If rooms are booked in the block, please try outside of the block for availability.
